You have the right to cancel your order within 30 days after receiving your product / products. After that deadline, we can not offer you the money back or exchange of goods.

In order for the product / products to be eligible for return, it / they must not have been used and be returned in the same condition as you received it. The product must also be returned in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or other proof of purchase.

Upon return, Norwegian customers must adhere to the return guidelines as described in the cancellation form. Customers outside Norway must fill in the return form that is sent together with the product / products.

If you send a product in return, we would recommend having tracking on the package or buying insurance for the package. We can not guarantee that we will receive the package you have sent in return.

If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed and the money will be refunded to the original payment method within a certain period.
